Hey, In January 2008 I will be going to Kenya for 3 months to work as a paediatric nurse.

I am doing this with Touch Africa international, which is a non-profit organisation.

I am going to be working at 2 hospitals called Malindi district and St lukes hospital. They both are in great need for medical supplies to help treat sick children.

I am hoping with the help of you guys to raise funds to buy them basic medical equipment which they desperately need. So please help me improve the quality of lives for the children accessing the service and donate some money to help buy the medical equipment. It does not matter how small the donation is.

These are some example of medical equipment they are in need of:

Blankets and sheets
Hospital beds
suctioning equipment
Gloves
